MAJOR GENERAL ROBERT E. DUIGNAN, 1969

  • Entered the U.S. Air Force Reserve as a second lieutenant in 1973.
  • When he was promoted to Brigadier General in 1998, he was the youngest General Officer in the U.S. Air Force Reserve.
  • Currently holds the rank of Major General and is Commander, 4th Air Force, Air Force Reserve Command, March Air Reserve Base, California.
  • Has thirteen wings, three groups and over 24,000 personnel assigned to his command.
  • A command pilot with over 5,000 flying hours.
