MAJOR GENERAL ROBERT E. DUIGNAN, 1969

Entered the U.S. Air Force Reserve as a second lieutenant in 1973. When he was promoted to Brigadier General in 1998, he was the youngest General Officer in the U.S. Air Force Reserve. Currently holds the rank of Major General and is Commander, 4th Air Force, Air Force Reserve Command, March Air Reserve Base, California. Has thirteen wings, three groups and over 24,000 personnel assigned to his command. A command pilot with over 5,000 flying hours.
