With the Washington Department of Fisheries formed the basis for regulatory actions by the state for preservation of coastal gill net fisheries for salmon Managed Columbia River commercial and sport fisheries for nearly 10 years His work in Olympia includes managing all fish ground resources and assistant director of Fisheries for intergovernmental affairs. His work with Federal government includes many reports / publications submitted to the Federal Register and involvement in developing a fishery management plan for the American Territory of Samoa.
